The mounting bracket is manufactured
from high grade aluminium and coated with the same process as the
clamp, it is designed for use on steel or timber. The mounting bracket
comes complete with CSK M16 stainless steel bolt to fit directly to the

BASE PLATE
The Base Plate is manufactured from high grade aluminium and coated in the same twin coat system as the clamp, it is designed for use on timber or can be used on tiles/timber base. DRESS RING
The dress ring is machined from high grade aluminium, which is then coated with the same powdercoating process as the clamp, the dress ring is designed to cover the hole when used in core drilled situations it gives any job that professional look.
TOP & BOTTOM HINGES
Hinges are 316 stainless steel, fitted to aluminium plates that are powdercoated with the same process as the clamps. The hinges are designed to bolt the glass gate directly to the adjoining glass panels, giving any job that unobstructed clear look to compliment any frameless glass pool fence. All fixings are 316 stainless steel. Price per each hinge.
SIDE PULL MAGNA LATCH
The side pull Magna Latch is the worlds #1 glass pool gate latch for reliabillity. The latch is mounted on aluminium plates powdercoated with the same top quality coating as the clamps. The lock is designed to fit directly onto the glass gate with the keeper to bolt onto the adjoining glass panel. All fixings are 316 stainless steel.
HINGE CONE
The hinge cone is made from a high
grade synthetic material, for use on the bottom gate hinge, to prevent
children from using the hinge as a stepping point.

STANDOFFS
Standoffs are designed for use in face fix situations, they are manufactured from 316 stainless steel with nylon washers to protect the glass surface. Standoffs come in two standard head packs 50 mm in diameter with bases ranging from 10mm to 50mm in length.
EPIREZ 5 STAR GROUT
Epirez 5 star grout is a high strength epoxy grout setting in approximately 15 minutes to 3/4 strength then completely set within 1 hour. this enables the fitting of the clamps in a core drilled situation to be fitted with glass as soon as your finished setting the clamps. Enabling the job to be completed within the shortest possible time.
